Exchanges and Returns

Conditions

All purchases made in the online store at laplagebeachstore.com are subject to Portuguese law.
For an exchange/return to be successful, the item must be delivered in perfect condition, exactly as it was sold, and accompanied by the tags, hygienic protector, bag, etc.
We do not accept exchanges/returns of items that have been altered, washed, soiled, used, have odors, or are in any way damaged due to misuse.
La Plage is not responsible for the misuse of its products, nor for their incorrect washing. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you should you have any questions.

How long do I have to exchange or return my item?

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the customer has 14 consecutive days to cancel their order or, after receiving it at the chosen address, request an exchange/return.

For online exchanges/returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that items be sent to us via courier or registered mail.
Exchanges are limited to stock available at the time of the exchange.
We do not make reservations and, for this reason, the item will only be taken out of stock when the exchange is processed. The exchange will only take place when we receive the item at our facilities and it successfully passes our quality control.

How to make an exchange

If you wish to make an exchange, please send an email to laplagebrava@gmail.com, referencing the order number, model, color, and size of the item you wish to exchange it for.

After you send your email, we will confirm the availability of the item you want and validate the exchange. The items to be exchanged should be sent to Rua Passeio do Báltico 5, 3B, CEP 1990028 Parque das Nações, Lisboa, PT.

If you wish to exchange it for an item of lower value, you will receive a voucher for the difference. All vouchers can be used within 30 days from the date the original voucher was issued.

As soon as the item arrives at our workshop and successfully passes our quality control, we will immediately send you our IBAN for payment of shipping costs and the price difference between items (if the chosen model is more expensive than the previous one). As soon as we receive proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address you previously provided.

In cases of exchanges outside the European Union, La Plage is not responsible for delays or costs associated with customs; these are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make a return

Returned items must not have been used, damaged, or washed, and must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled items will not be accepted.

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to laplagebrava@gmail.com informing us of your intention. Items to be returned should be sent to: Rua Passeio do Báltico 5, 3B, CEP 1990028 Parque das Nações, Lisboa, PT.

All items must be returned with original accessories, tags, hygienic protection, bag, etc., or the refund will not be processed.

Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed and received in the destination account. The refund will be made through the same original payment method.
